First check if you’ve followed exactly all the necessary steps for a proper Migration:

Please, have a double check on:
1. The Destinations were set exactly the same (the bucket name and destination folder)
2. Be sure that the backup files (zip AND log) arrived there and they doesn’t have some restrict permission on them.
