The Lock Rules module was made just for this kind of approach.
Just go to the UMP Dashboard -> Lock Rules page and you will have several tabs.
Here you can add new lock rules which block:
- All posts by type.
- All posts by category name.
- Files by URL.
- Specific URL.
- All URLs based on keywords
These restrictions can be fine-tuned to grant or deny access to specific pages for whichever level you want. For example, you can block all posts of type “C” with the restriction type Block Only for target users “L01”. This means that only users with the level “L01” will be blocked from seeing posts of the type “C”. You also have the option Show Only so in this case only the users “L01” would see the posts.
