This feature can be accessed by going to UMP Dashboard -> Extensions -> Import Users&Levels.
Here you can download the CSV Sample File which you will use to import or update your users’ details. You must keep the columns found in the CSV and respect the structure. Only the fields found inside the sample file can be imported or updated, you can not add custom fields.
Note: If any data inside the file will be found in the database the content will not be overwritten, except for Level Time if the Rewrite Level start time & expire time option is enabled. For users with multiple levels, just add an additional row for each level using the same user_id.
Once your CSV file is ready, come back to UMP Dashboard -> Extensions -> Import Users&Levels and click on the Choose File button and upload it.
