API Username, API Password – can be found on Account -> User Management page.
API Private Key – can be found on API Checkout Page
Account Number(Soft Descriptor) – can be found on Account->Site Management page
Secret Word – can be found on Account->Site Management page
Also, into 2CheckOut you have to set your WebHook URL on WebHooks page and Account->Site Management page.
