If everything is apparently set properly but the Register Form doesn’t proceed further, you should take in consideration the next advises:

- Ensure that reCaptcha is not set to be required into Custom Fields list but without being set properly the reCaptcha credentials. Check how to manage that here
- Ensure that you didn’t required TOS field but you didn’t set or erased the Label for it on Register Form page.
- Have a short try with the other scripts (plugin and Theme) deactivated to ensure that there is no other script that may affect the Register Form workflow. You may wanna have a look over Known Compatibility Issues
